  • Brands Kingdom is an online store based in Abbaspur, Pakistan, offering premium women’s clothing.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this page.
  • Continued use of our website after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
Order & Payment Policy
  • Advance Payment Required: All orders must be paid in full before processing. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Payment options include Bank Transfer, and EasyPaisa.
  • After making a payment, customers must send a confirmation receipt for order processing.
  • Brands Kingdom is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect payment details or failed transactions.
Shipping & Delivery
  • Standard delivery time is 05-06 working days.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Once an order is shipped, we will share a tracking number with the customer. Any delivery delays due to the courier service are beyond our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
  • No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are only possible if the item received is damaged or defective. The customer must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Exchange requests will only be accepted if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers must bear the return shipping cost unless the error is on our part.
